Where are you located?
Moon Tide Bar Car is based out of St Augustine, Florida.
Do you serve events outside of St Augustine?
We go where the party takes us... within 50 miles of St Augustine. Additional miles are $2.50/mile both ways.
Do you require a deposit?
We do require a 25% deposit of the full quoted price of your event to lock in your booking. The full deposit will go towards your final payment which is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
What is the size of the Bar Car & Low Tide Bar?
Our Bar Car is 16ft long x 8ft wide x 8.5ft tall. We do require adequate room to be able to back the trailer into your event space via pickup truck. We are also equipped with a trailer valet, which is a trailer attachment that allows us to maneuver the trailer into a corner without the use of the truck. Our Low Tide Bar is 6ft long x 33in wide x 7.5ft tall with the umbrella. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding the bar car and our space requirements.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully licensed & insured.
Is alcohol included in any of the packages?
Alcohol is not included in any of the packages, it is against Florida law for us to sell alcohol. All alcohol needs to be provided by the client, caterer, or venue. We will help you with a full list of everything you need and how much of it to make shopping less stressful. We also partner with local spirit/wine vendors who can deliver to your venue on the day of your event (subject to location).
What kind of events do you serve?
We love to party! You name it we serve it. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, festivals, showers, happy hours, or anything you would like to add a unique bar experience to.
Do you have power?
Moon Tide Bar Car is equipped with a 100% silent electric power station. We can also be plugged into a 30amp plug for power. Low Tide Bar does not come equipped with its own power source and would need a standard plug for lights.
What is your rain policy?
We know that rain can put a stressful spin on things when trying to plan an event. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate rain dates. If it does rain on the day of your event we can fit under any tent with a 9-foot clearing. We can chat about some more dimensions and technicalities if you are expecting rain on the day of your booking.
